CHANGE OF MIND

We understand that sometimes when we order online, the item that arrives is not exactly what you pictured due to scale or not exact colour. Therefore, if you change your mind and the item ordered is not right, we are happy to exchange for a different item or provide a credit note for later use. In order to arrange this you must contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the item with your name and order number before returning any items.  A restocking fee of 10% applies and the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note we have a no refund or change of mind policy on any sale items.

  • Items returned must be in ‘as-new’ condition. This means returned items must be unused in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. 
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 
  • A restocking fee of 10% applies.
  • Original shipping fees associated with the order will not be refunded and if you have purchased an item using a free shipping offer and returned it because you have changed your mind, we will deduct the actual shipping cost to us from your refund.

After we have received your item and confirmed it is in ‘as-new’ condition, our customer care team will issue you with a store credit or refund of the purchase price less the initial delivery costs. If you have purchased an item using a free shipping offer and returned it because you have changed your mind, we will deduct the actual shipping cost to us from your refund. If any items are deemed to be damaged after leaving the store this will be classed as misuse and not eligible for a refund. Returns are only accepted with a valid invoice from us to prove that the product was purchased through us. Any credit notes issued will be valid for 6 months. 

When returning goods, we recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

The goods you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, damaged or otherwise non-compliant with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number and our customer care team will advise you on the next steps.
